We will confirm the requested dates within 24h of receiving your request. We will then send you an invoice for the 25% non-refundable deposit. Your payment must be received within 24h to secure the dates requested and finalize your reservation.

In case of a reservation made less than 30 days before arrival date, the balance and security deposit are due at the time of the reservation 


Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be done via email.

• Down payment and reservation fee are non-refundable.

• More than 30 days before scheduled arrival date, 75% refund of the paid balance, and 100% refund of the security deposit and cleaning fee.
• Between 15 & 30 days before scheduled arrival date: 50% refund of the paid balance, and 100% refund of the security deposit and cleaning fee.

• Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival date, no refund except for security deposit and cleaning fee.

• Shorten stay : no refund.

If a customer doesn't show up on the scheduled day of arrival or within 24h following the scheduled day of arrival without prior notification, the reservation will be considered null and void without any possibility of refund (except security deposit and cleaning fee).
